I am a current resident at an OB/GYN residency program and am trying to re-start a holiday schedule for my program. We have 13 residents and I have been at other programs that seem to make this work. My goal is to have either one week off for Xmas or one week off for New Year's. The week that the resident is on would be something similar to Q2 call or something, but I don't know how to cover weekends...any ideas? Do any other programs do this?
