are there any programs in any field that include a holistic approach in their training, i would imagine if any it might be fields like FP, IM, or Psych
just curious
Some medical schools incorporate The Healers Touch -- discussion group thingy, nothing here about laying on of hands --, but I do not know residency programs.
Since people toss the word "holistic" around like used panties, could you clarify your meaning? Are you referring to a "whole person" approach to medicine, or the incorporation of alternative/complimentary therapies, or something else?
Incidentally, anyone who states that allopathic medicine does not treat the whole person has never seen a problem list on an IM H&P.
