i just got two of my clerkship grades and to my surprise i got two B's in the rotations that i worked the hardest.. what the F%$# is that.. i didnt think it was possible to get B's.. am i screwed? how are B's looked by PD. will i have to scramble?

If you're not kidding you're the biggest drama queen cry baby I have ever met, read about, seen, heard, or even imagined. It's possible to get B's. Why would you have this post?

Next time just start a thread saying "I don't get B's" or "I like to brag" or even "I can't think of anymore passive aggressive ways to boast about myself so I'm just going to say it: I'm the best"

Yes you are screwed! You will NEVER match into ANY resedency w/ B's. You'll be lucky if you can even scramble into a spot.

If you are seriously concerned about your clinical evaluation, you should try contacting your clerkship site director. It worked for me in my ob-gyn clerkship--> basically just say that you are concerned about the grade you received, based on your work ethic/knowledge base, and ask if the site director has any advice,etc.
