Is there an affordable EEG setup that I could use at home? All of these sleep trackers are garbage. My Galaxy Watch 6 missed that I woke up and let the dog out... My expectations were low, but how do you miss going down and returning up a flight of stairs? Now Samsung claims that they have a ring? LOL...

Im not sure what you mean? Why do you need an EEG setup at home?

I don't think you're looking for an EEG; sounds like you want a budget/home PSG, which I'm not sure you have better options for aside from commercially-available sleep trackers. There are take-home PSG tests that can be done, but those generally need to be ordered by your PCP (i.e., for concerns for OSA) in my experience, and usually you wear it for one night and then bring it back.

There are take-home EEGs for 1-3 days, but ambulatory EEGs are done for seizure monitoring and aren't used to monitor sleep patterns.

I want to analyze my sleep patterns.
Yup agree with above, you don’t need eeg for what you describe. Your best bet is Whoop or Oura or something like that.
If you really want EEG, you could talk to Ceribell and they could set up something for you, but would be very very expensive!
