Homewok?

Out of curiosity, what type of reports do you do in pharmacy school? What is the average amount of pages, too?
Thanks for your help!
I was expecting some stir fry tips in this thread ('homeWOK' 😉), but I'll answer you're question with what I have seen...
For the most part, it's a lot of exams and you study on your own for those. Some professors give out assignments, but it could vary. 'Care plans'- where you assess and write notes/plans with regards to a patient's medications/disease states/etc., is probably the most recurring of 'reports' in pharmacy education.
Don't worry, there will be a lot of fluff paperwork. Most stuff is 3-5 pages (at most). The group stuff that we do can run 15-20 pages, but many hands lighten the load.
It ranges from "how is hospital different from retail" to "write about this drug/disease state" with lots o' case presentations. I'd say there's probably about 5-10 papers due in all classes per quarter.

ummm none.... just 300 exams a semester
Same here. Not a lot of hw, but 1-2 exams + 2 quizzes every week or so. If you are lucky, you will get one week without an exam. The most that I ever got to recieving homework are study sheets consisting of pages full of "reveiew questions" that I have to answer to help me "focus" on my test.
so far, group projects and a research paper.
there are hw but it's not graded. helps out for the tests though.
i don't know if you consider pre-labs hw but we have those too.
lots of tests.
compared to undergrads, same amount or less. i think it's the p3s and p4s that gets the long papers.

Wow! some of these papers seem quite long. I've never really been a big fan of reports.

My bad. I just noticed what you meant.

I need to get a new Homewok mime is getting old. I love cooking in it though.
