Hi, At my medical school, they don't use high pass or honor pass, just letter grades system. I got all As in my 3rd yr core rotations with above 90 percentile on all my shelf exams. How can I mention that in my CV or even impress the residency programs since I heard honor passes are really helpful particularly for the one you try to get in. Thanks

Your transcript is going to be part of ERAS. I think most people can handle "A" instead of "Honors" and "B" instead of "High Pass." H/HP/P/F is a medical school construct, but everyone in medical school went through college (which traditionally use A/B/C/D/F). Your step scores are going to be stellar (especially if you really are 90s on shelves) and are likely incorporated into why you got an A. All of that is understood in your transcript. Nothing else need be done.

In fact, you will NOT be handing in a resume (1 page) or a CV (as long as it takes). If you were, you could put all the major clinical clerkships with the letter grade in it. You do not have to do this, since you are only applying through ERAS, which will do it for you.
