Do you think that an honors degree or several honors classes are worth the effort? In other words, does the extra work carry a lot of swing in med school admissions?
 
I didn't finish my honors credits. I was asked at one of my interviews if I was going to finish them. I said no, it would be too time consuming to try and finish. She said "I know what you mean. We have so many applicants that say it is too time-consuming. That is understandable with all the EC you all do." I asked her if that was a negative thing and she said "Aabsolutely not, if you finish the honors program, great if you don't well it certainly doesn't count against you."
