I graduated through the Honors College, but the honors courses are not designated in any way on my transcript. Should I still denote them as honors on AMCAS?

I would. I mean, that's what they technically are…

but yikes, are you just applying now?

If they aren't on the official transcript, AMCAS will remove them before they certify your application. Instead, you might consider creating an entry under Honors/Awards to discuss your Honors College involvement.

make sure you are looking at an official copy of your transcripts. and you could also ask the registrar and see if there can be anything done for that. but i don't think it would make or break your application anywhere
