Hey guys,
I am currently taking Calculus 1 during a six week summer session. As a calculus virgin, I now must admit this was a big mistake. I would like to retake this course in the Fall, and there is an Honors section offered. My university offers honors versions of many classes during the fall and spring sessions. The content tends to be identical as the non-honors courses, and the primary difference tends to be smaller class size and the courses tend to be taught by more senior faculty. The course numbers are different, but the descriptions are similar.
I don't need this course to graduate, and my primary purpose for the retake is so that might GPA is not hurt when fill out my AACOMAS application next cycle. Does anyone know if I will run into problems with the grade replacement since the courses are from the same University, but have different course numbers/titles? 😕
Cheers
