On the sections of ERAS that ask you to fill in descriptions of activites and experience etc, are you supposed to write full sentences, or word it more like a resume?

I think resume. I doubt brevity would go unappreciated by bleary-eyed program directors.

You have an option to preview your application in the format that programs will see it.
