Hopkins EM Residency Program

I was looking over old threads to try to find out whether Hopkins is converting over to a 4 year program. All I found was this - http://forums.studentdoctor.net/sho...ght=johns+hopkins+emergency+residency+program

In the above thread, Southerndoc mentioned he had heard that Hopkins might convert over to a 4 year curriculum. The above thread is from August of this year. I haven't found anything else pertaining to this topic on SDN, nor did I see anything on the Hopkins website. Anyone heard definitively one way or the other? Thanks!

They are switching to a 1-4 format next year (it won't affect this year's applicants). The nice thing about their plan is that you can use the 4th year as a fellowship, so at least it's more useful than the 4th year at most 1-4 programs.
