What are the best national hospitalist programs out there? I only know a few. A friend of mine works with Cogent HMG, and she hates it. She says she feels like a slave, and there are a lot of rules she doesn't agree with. I have a friend with IPC, and he seems to be satisfied financially and structurally.
Then there is IPA, TeamHealth, Eagle, and In Compass...amongst others.
Benefits of going with a national group versus a local private group? I do realize the national groups tend to offers lower salaries...I guess they gots to pay that front office.
