MS3 here, leaning towards going into OB. I am wondering what the hours and lifestyle are like in the later years of OB residency. Is it pretty much 80 hours for all four years, or are the later years lighter? I'm sure it varies program to program, but any info on typical hours per week for each of the four years would be very helpful.
