Hi! I'm moving to Birmingham to start residency and looking for a house for me and my family.

Would like a 3-bedroom, 2-bath home with garage, pet friendly. We have 2 cats that are fixed, declawed, litter-trained and clean. And pretty lazy.

Please PM me if you have something in the B'ham area that fits this description.

Thanks!!

Hi! I am a former residency graduate myself and still live in Birmingham. My wife and I are moving into a new house and would like to rent our current house in Homewood.

It is a 3 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom house on Columbiana Road, which is about a 10-minute drive to UAB. The house has all hardwood floors and granite countertops and comes with all appliances including a washer/dryer. There is a fenced-in back yard with a patio for grilling and entertaining along with a two-car garage. Pets are allowed, and there is a functioning invisible fence installed on the property. We are asking for $1600 per month; utilities are not included.

Homewood is a very desirable area of Birmingham--many attendings and residents live here. It is a safe place to live with excellent school systems. The shopping and restaurants are outstanding. Additionally, there is a new Homewood community center nearby that has a gym, fitness classes, weight room, cardio machines, tennis courts, playground, and a pool, which only costs a family $200 per year to use!

Email me if you would like any more info. Thanks,
