Hi everyone,
I have a 2 beds/2 baths newly constructed ADU available for rent in Fountain Valley, CA. It is about 4-5 minutes to the 405 freeway entrance and is centrally located to various hospitals so it is perfect for students/residents needing to commute to multiple sites. Distance from the unit to UC Irvine med center is 9 miles, VA Long Beach is 11 miles, newly acquired UCI FV hospital is 3 miles. It is also walking distance to a great elementary school for families with young kids. Area is in a great, safe neighborhood.
