housing 1st year question

I have the option of picking whether or not i want to live with dental students, or ones in my year. Do you see any downsides/upsides to this option knowing you'll be with your dental classmates 5x a wk? What do most students do for on-campus housing? Experiences regarding this?

I've heard from people that they thought it was beneficial to live with dental students in their class. But I'm sure any living arrangement will be fine.
