Anyone out there who will for sure be attending UMich interested in getting housing together for next year? I'm sure we can find something pretty cheap as a 2 bedroom apt. Let me know if interested.

I heard back in the first week of December...but I had the first interview date in October at Michigan. Hang in there, shouldn't be too much longer.

Hello,
I currently live in Seattle but will be looking for a place to live in Ann Arbor mid July-early August. It would be great to find a room mate and cut down on costs.

If anyone is interested, we have our condo for rent in the north campus area. It is a 2 BR bilevel with a carport, central air, washer/dryer, etc. and completely updated. It's available for summer rent at $990/month. If anyone is interested, give me a call at 734-255-5425.

990 a month for a summer sublet in ann arbor not on central campus? thats really high

Would it be too late to secure an apt in July? I live out of state so its kind of hard to lock something in earlier...

As long as you secure a 12 month contract, you can get an apartment in Ann Arbor easily within 10-15 minutes of the school anytime of the year.
