A friend of mine is doing a gas rotation for a month over at MCW. Any info on temporary student housing, etc? And yes he's already looked into hotels,etc

I'm not sure that I've ever heard about temporary housing in the area. I'll look around and see if there are any postings on our bulletin boards for short-term leases of furnished apartments. I know there are a couple of "corporate" apartment buildings in the area that do short term leases, but they tend to be pretty luxurious and would most likely be out of a med student's price range.

Your friend might want to try contacting Marquette University to see if they have anything to offer, as MCW doesn't offer student housing, period.

I would start by contacting our Coordinator for Student Support Services. She's very nice and was able to find some last-minute housing for students who were accepted late off the waitlist. I'll PM you her name and e-mail.
