I've had Verizon since med school started last August and it's treated me pretty well...family plan was really well-priced when I got it
before them I had cingular, which was only OK as far as reception and terrible in the customer service dept (but aren't they all?)
before that I used Sprint, which was the worst by far for reception, but that was about 4 years ago...
Ah well, I don't think I know a single friend who has achieved complete satisfaction in the cell phone department...go with good price and good phone and good customer service, I say...
