Does anyone know what schools are best for someone interested in specializing in Endocrinology?

I don't know for sure, but I'd say a good place to start might be to take a look at the US News Hospital honor roll rankings, see what hospitals rank high in your specialty, and then see what med school is affiliated with that hospital. Here's the top ten and the link for hormonal disorders for 2004

1. Mayo Clinic, Rochester, Minn.

2 Massachusetts General Hospital, Boston

3 Johns Hopkins Hospital, Baltimore

4 University of California, San Francisco Medical Center

5 University of Virginia Medical Center, Charlottesville

6 Barnes - Jewish Hospital, St. Louis

7 University of Washington Medical Center, Seattle

8 Brigham and Women's Hospital, Boston

9 UCLA Medical Center, Los Angeles

10 Cleveland Clinic

That is a long way off from medical school. You first have to finish an internal medicine residency and then do a fellowship in endocrinology. The med school you choose wont really mean sh@t, it will be the residency you get in to that means where you do your fellowship. Worry about first year before you worry about fellowships.
