How accurate is AACOMAS GPA

So I was thinking I was sitting around a 3.55ish spga and cgpa, turns out I'm around a sgpa 3.45 according to AMCAS? Is this fairly accurate?

If so, is this lethal for MD? My MCAT is improved from a failed application cycle(1 wait list) with a 27 to now a 33.

A 3.45 is not lethal, but well below avg (3.6). Aim low.
