I've been reading a lot of posts in a past year on all this application process and how people have been faring. I started to think that although there are a ton of people who actively update their information as they receive info from the schools there must be tons of people who are (1) not part of SDN and (2) not constantly updating their status (waitlist/acceptance/denial). You have to think that for every person that is applying to med school, there must be 3-4 people who don't know about SDN. Therefore, the actual waitlist movement or acceptance pool could potentially be 3x or 4x what it is represented as on SDN. Let me know what everyone thinks.
