How and when UOP ranks the waitlisted?

I was wondering how UOP ranks its waitlisted? I think they go only by DAT score? it seems nothing else matters to them except for PAT and RC and BIO section... they don't care about GPA, LOR ,SOP or other things
Anybody has any information? I don't think they even read personal essays.... that's kind of sad that a school which emphasize on humanistic approach only cares about numbers on DAT score ...

I wouldn't put down UoP...the adcoms are very geared towards the humanistic approach and give equal weight in all categories. They actually read the personal essays because my interviewer actually asked me questions from my personal statement. You also got to understand that it's extremely difficult for adcoms to select everybody for admission. Dental school is becoming more competitive year after year, so the adcoms only want students that would be a good fit into their incoming class. If anything, maybe you did something in your interview in which your interviewer didn't particular like or you applied pretty late.

Actually I had a really good interview but I thought if they sit and write our name + DAT score and then pick people by their score interview is meaningless why they even bother to interveiw? I don't think interview count as anything! One of the adcom can bring his/her first grader child and ask him to put the numbers in order ! That's a very pessimestic view but that's what I have in my mind as ranking based on competetiveness!
