Say Medical School X << Medical School Y

Would a graduate from school X who completed their residency at school Y be considered better or worse than a student who graduated from school Y and completed residency at school X?

obviously at each step of the game it matters more where you just completed your education.

medical school and residency are so incredibly different that you shouldn't really care where someone did their med school at, but rather where they did their residency
