I have been studying for the DATs for a while now (more seriously in the past 2-3 weeks) and my test is on 8/29 ( 😱 ). I started taking the achiever tests this week and have been taking one each day since monday. I am really worried about my scores even though most people say that acheiver is harder than the real DAT. For the natural sciences, I was getting 17-18 for bio and and chem and around 20 for ochem when I was taking the subject tests. Here are my achiever scores:

1 2 3
Bio 17 15 15
GC 17 15 16
OC 18 17 16
TS 17 16 16
PAT 15 16 14 😱 😳

I also took the practice test in the kaplan blue book and got Bio 22, GC 18, OC 21, PAT 18. I realize that I really need to work on PAT and am practicing that a lot everyday. How do my natural science scores look though? I am going to take topscore tests starting tom and will post those after I take them. I would really appreciate any comments, advice, and suggestions anyone may have...thanks!!

I also had a problem with finishing the sections in achiever. For the sciences, I always ran out of time and could not finish like 5 questions and for the PAT, I always ended up running out of time for the paper folding. Will finishing on time be an issue for the sciences/PAT on the real DAT? thanks!

no and no just dont dwell too much on any one question. a lot of people complain about not being able to finish the math section so you might want to work on that section more than others. good luck

I only had the patience to do one Achiever PAT and I got a 15.... Took it today and got a 20, dont worry but definitly review it over to train your head what traps to look for.
