How are you going to make your decision?

I'm just curious what criteria everyone is using to choose their schools....What if you receive acceptance letters from two schools...what would you use to determine which one is the best fit for you?

Depends on the person, buddy. Each person will have a different school that feels "just right."

ya i figurea as much...but i'm just curious what each person is using to make their decision...finances, location, curriculum....what's important to each person is what i would like to know...if i thought it was all going to be the same i would not have asked the question.

For me I would say tuition > "feelin the school" > location > hottness of lady dents I see during the interview....of course my wife is hotter than them all but... I think I saw it on the residency board once: Just 'cause a dog is chained up doesn't mean he can't run to the edge of the yard and bark!

I am going to the cheapest warm weather school out there. I think.

Initially I thought cost would be the most important factor for me..however, after attending a couple of interviews, I decided that it shld be about where I can see myself adjusting and being happy for four years....but i don't know..not having to worry about finances will probably make me happy too...i have no clue and dec 1st is around the corner and i am almost positive i will have to choose between my top four schools. ...and it is funny i'm trying to leave my nice warm weather and go to a place that has all the seasons rather than year round summer with a topping of hurricanes.

I think I am going to go by where I will be the happiest for 4 years, then how I feel the program of the school fits with me, then cost will be a big factor. Looking at the ladies will also be nice.
