How bad are these ccs mistakes?

Will i still pass the ccs part?

8/12 cases - went relatively well
the other 4 -

1 - diagnosed well, treated well, ended early...but forgot to order one of the important diagnostic tests...

2 - diagnosed and treated - an outpatient - but the test that got me the answer, that i should have ordered the first time i saw the patient, i didn't order until their 3rd trip back to the office...

3 - thought i did the right things - but case went on forever

4 - totally blew one case...
