You're probably past the drop deadline, and will have a W on your transcript. If you just drop the course it won't show up on your transcript. You will want to make sure you have the necessary number of credits to graduate if you drop those two courses. Check with your adviser or use your school portal's "Look Ahead" function in degree audit.
If it was just those two I doubt it would raise many eyebrows. I'm not an adcom though. I think it could easily be explained away with "It seemed like a good idea when I scheduled them. After the semester started I gave it some thought and decided I would rather pursue other opportunities during my last semester. I didn't need the credits so I withdrew from the courses."
