How calculate gpa average

I'm a Canadian and at my school, percentages and not gpa was used. Is there a chart I could refer to that would help me calibrate each individual course so that I could determine my gpa.

Also, are all years calculated, or just the last two years used?

This may be a stupid question, but is DAT testing available on Saturdays as well?
