How can i improve indirect vision outside the lab?

I already started my clinic but i'm too awkward about chair positioning and indirect vision. So, hiw can i improve indirect vision outside the clinic?

Something you should have practiced during your preclinical years instead of focusing on getting that good grade. Sure you can prep the tooth well but were you able to maintain an ergonomic position while doing it? Most likely not. Its never too late to go grab that typodont and go into the preclinic to practice....Or you can just practice on your real patients 😛.

When my wife was in hygiene school, they had them use a mouth mirror and write their name on a piece of paper, looking only through the mirror. If you can do that, you can do pretty much anything with a mirror.

Just drive your car in reverse using the rear view mirror only. You'll be a pro in no time.
