I only find Adrenalin, Carnosine, Caffeine, T4, T3.

These will increase the rate of relaxation and the force of the contractions.

Thyroid hormone increases the Ca2+-ATPase activity of the sarcoplasmic reticulum (SR) in skeletal muscle, thereby increasing the energy-turnover associated with Ca2+-cycling during contraction and rest.

In long term T3 -> expression of the SERCA.

Anything else could help?

Too lazy to do real research, but I'm pretty sure that is why Creatine monohydrate is used as a supplement. The phosphate from the phosphocreatine that has been built up can be 'donated' to ADP regenerating ATP.

Everybody wanna increase atp consumption in contracting muscle but nobody wanna lift heavy ass weights
I don't. I like my fat, it keeps me warm, and ladies like hugging me cuz I'm soft.

DNP. Decreased production is basically increased consumption, right?
