http://patrickjmt.com/ I used this guy for pre-calc when I took it. He's awesome. Definitely going to use him for Calc as well.

The Calculus Lifesaver by Adrian Banner...one of the best books I've used. I read the first couple chapters that cover the Calc II material over my winter break and aced the class. I wholly credit this book for giving me the base to do well.
