lots of people say the bio section is very random and that for 3-6 questions youre always down to two possible choices. for those of you that have taken the real DAT, was there anyway you couldve better prepared for those questions or was it so out there that its not practical to do so?

thanks a lot all!

I don't think there is any possible way to be fully prepared for the bio section. You just have to go with your gut on certain questions... same applies for the PAT as well.

^^Agreed.
And by the time you learn all the bio...you start to forget the old stuff.

^ when you finish(understand) Campbell and Raven based on ADA guideline and doing all problems related to thoses topics in the end of chapters then practice and practice! 👍

There's nothing I could have done...practically.

Suprisingly, at least half of those 3-6 questions were from topics that I felt very comfortable with. They were just weird questions so that's why there were hard. Then there were 1-2 max from topics that I didn't study and wouldn't even guessed to study. I forgot what they were.

Highly recommend getting the destroyer. Reviewing all the questions as well as the solutions will help you out big time!!
