How can you download Imagescope slides to your computer

For those of you using imagescope for histology, is there a way to download the .svs imagescope slides directly to your hard drive so that it is not necessary to access the network for these slides? I realize that the slides may be a couple gigs, but it would be nice to have them locally instead of going to the network all the time.

I have only been able to save snapshots so far, but there must be a way to grab the entire file.

I can't help you specifically, but I think it would be a lot easier to just find the specific structures you want and get a screenshot. I don't need an entire kidney when I just want a single glomerulus. Just my two cents.

Anyone know how to get ImageScope to work on a MAC? Our administrator says its only for PC.

I've never herd of Imagescope but there are some websites with good slide images for histo
