When were you notified of your merit or need based scholarships?

I am an incoming medical school student and have been fortunate to have multiple acceptances. Before I chose the school, I am waiting on essentially my complete financial aid package (most importantly any scholarships offered).

My question is can you recall when the schools sent you awards? Was it in April? Earlier?
I know it's school dependent but am just trying to get a ballpark.
