I thought the PCAT only offer in Jan., Jun, and October. How come some of you guys are able to take it in Feb and Nov?

....because my test from Oct. was lost. People in Florida had to take it in Nov. because of the hurricane.
You are right, though. They are usually scheduled for Oct., Jan.,or Jun.
