I'm an M3 at a top-30 US MD school. Got a high-pass in my 3rd year neurology clerkship, 246 on Step 1. I should have one child neurology publication by the time I apply. I know neurology isn't very competitive, but I'm hoping to match to the west coast without any previous ties to the area. Is this possible? Anything I can do to make my application stronger?
