How competitive are the pediatric preliminary programs for an IMG?

If you have USMLE scores in both step I and II> 260. Is it out of reach?

I’m not sure what you mean by a peds prelim program… but an IMG with step scores in that range would seemingly be likely to match a categorical peds spot.

There are a handful of prelim programs around the US that are peds oriented rather than IM or surgery.
