How current should my LORs be?

Some people have told me within a year is ok. I have been out of school for more than 3 years, thus some of my letters are dated back 3 years. Is this ok...they are really good ones, too? What you you all think?

I think new ones. A lot changes about a person in three years. Current letters help admission staff see what sort of person you are right now.

I would agree with the one year. Anything older needs to be updated.
