Do you start taking Topscore, DAT achiever, Destroyer and other similar tests and study the wrong answers you got? Or do you do a review first using Kaplan BB, Cliff's, etc. and then take the Topscore, Dat achiever, etc tests?

i reviewed first. Barron's was absolute ****, so i'm moving onto Shaum's outlines (sooooooo dry and there's alot to cover). I liked the online Cliffs stuff.

i reviewed first then starting testing. you can probably find more information and get more answers about this if you post it and look in the DAT Discussions section.

Read the kaplan book, went through practice bio tests and checking my answers after i answered and learned the correct answer if i got it wrong.

im still not prepared.. DAT TOMORROW! oh well 😕:scared:

Really? I heard Barron's AP Bio is great... Now I'm wondering if I should use it or not...

Read the Bio section in Kaplan, made index cards out of it and memorized it to death.

If you have multiple sources designed one source as the go to book or bible like the Kaplan book and use other books(college texts) as your back up.

Practice tests I would use to fill up any gaps in the knowledge.

Read through Kaplan;s big book biology chapters first as a warm-up. Then moved on to Schaum's, and really spent time with it. Finished up with going through Destroyer Bio, and then again going back to understand each question and answer. The test however is very random, which is what makes it difficult.

KAPLAN Bio was all that I needed. For further clarification on certain topics I referred back to my gen bio, anatomy, and genetics texts. DAT Bio score - 24
