Implant only implies that the breasts get bigger. Everything else is just plain ole transplant.

When I lived in Jersey, I was a transplanted Californian. You transplant an organ from one person to another.

An implant, breast or not, has generally not been elsewhere first, although technically implant only means to place in without reference to where it comes from.
