how difficult is it to get into uci for IM?

So uci interviews about 250 each year for 20 categorical spots. Anyone know how far on the rank lists uci goes? I'm not a particularly strong applicant.

How are the other Southern cali programs like usc or loma linda?

Uhh i'm pretty sure its not that competitive. The only places I could see being "competitive" for IM in Cali would be UCSF, Stanford, to a much lesser degree UCLA. The rest of them are wide open and take a fair amount of FMGs
