So, i was planning out my class schedule, switching a few classes around, and i find it best to take O chem and Biochem over Summer of 15 so i can take the MCAT earlier.

They are both just the lecture course offered in a 10 week period which add up to 7 credits.
I have been able to take a 12 credit summer load before, but that was a split of an easy elective, a general science course and a college algebra course, in which i received a 3.8 for that term.

So how difficult would it really be to take Ochem-I and Biochem over the summer?

If your biochem course doesn't require orgo, then you should be okay. You should gauge how much work each class will be early on in the term and then decide if you can handle it.

You should think very hard since summer is shorter, so it is easier to fall behind and harder to recover (or withdraw) if you have to miss class (say unexpected sickness/affair etc..). It is easier to go slow and take only one course during summer. OChem and some extend Biochem are prerequisite and will be scrutinized heavily if gotton bad grade (by that I mean anything below A). So in other words, dont do it unless you are a genius

At my university, the only prerequisites for Biochem is Gen chem I and 2, along with the same prerequisites for Ochem.
I almost never miss class, so that won't be an issue.

I don't know what is really true about Ochem though, but at my university people have told me that Ochem is easier than general chem, while throughout most of my college career i heard the exact opposite.

Whether orgo is hard or easy depends on the school. At most schools, orgo 1 is the hardest chem class premeds have to take (except for quant lab but most premeds don't take it). Most people find it hard because you go in with very little background (gen chem really doesn't help for orgo).
