How do AACOMAS updates work

I just sent AACOMAS an update of my Fall 2014 grades. It says they have received them. There is no way for me to manually add my grades on the application. Will AACOMAS update it for me? They have stated they received my transcripts a few days ago but still blank.

What do you guys recommend I do for updating schools about my new grades? I am on hold at many schools, only a few of witch I wish to interview at. AZCOM, Western-CA and Touro-NV.

Also should I contact schools that I am interested in that I have not recently heard back from before?

I'd send screenshots of the transcript to each hold school. AACOMAS took 4 weeks to update my Fall 2014 grades and change the coursework section. They also denied my retake even though the course description was similar.

What were the course titles for the one you wanted to replace and retook?

Cell bio to replace cell physiology.

Yes both 4 cr w/ lab. They said cell bio and cell physiology are different classes no matter the description.

Both of those courses seem very similar. Did you take them at separate institutions?

Dunno if you already tried but try providing them with pre reqs of each class. The typical cell bio class has prerequisites usually of bio and chem (sometimes orgo)
Or I dunno if one can go as far as a letter of verification from the professor you had your retake with.
It makes me wonder what difference is between cell physiology and cell biology.

I included all that too and links to the handbooks for each school. No go. I'm still above 3.0 cutoffs so I'll just hope the schools see the trend of my last 40 credits.

Sure, it doesn't cost you anything to send an email. Might as well mention anything else like you're still shadowing or volunteering, etc. LMU asked me to update them with anything.
