Does anyone know how do D.O school view multiple MCAT scores? Do they look at the latest one or highest of each section?

Either most recent or highest. I'm not aware of any schools that will take the highest of each section

I believe it's the last one you took. I know there was a post a while back about a list of MD schools taking the highest of each section...you can search for it if it's still archived in the Pre-Medical Allopathic forum. I never read one about DO schools, though

also know that students who have taken the MCAT 5 times have gotten into DO schools.

I know this varies from one school to another for MD schools. It probably does for DO schools, too. You would probably have to ask at each school you were interested in. Really, the DO schools seem to be a lot less focused on the MCAT than the MD schools are.
