I am a senior with a lot of credits (about 156) and my stats are:

cGPA: 2.6
sGPA: 2.4

I know what mistakes I made and I'm on the road to fixing it (I've made straight A's the last two semesters). (Not trying to deflect blame, I take responsibility, but I have finally determined the problem was lack of focus, and got diagnosed with ADD 5 months ago).

I am determined to be a physician and know that I have the capability to do so, because it's not a lack of understanding. My plan is to do a DIY post bac to retake the low grades, then apply to DO for the grade replacement.

How do I calculate what my new GPA will be with a grade replacements?

The attached spreadsheet is an AMCAS calculator. Enter in every class you've had already at college level, then go back and replace whatever classes you intend to retake with "A" (just for experiment's sake). You can then play around with different classes, different grades, etc.

Perfect, thanks so much!
