How do I format this?

Hi everyone,

I am a non-traditional student who has recently decided to go for my lifelong dream of being premed. I'm trying to develop a solid game plan to get this done and make this happen, but I want to be realistic and sustainable. What classes should I start with and how many should I take a semester? I am a full-time student but my coursework is quite easy and I can use these classes towards my full-time credits. Assume I am starting from scratch.

here are my 2 ideas:

Fall 2024
Intro Chem
PreCalc/Trig
Biology 1

(the first two would be taken thru ASU online universal courses)

or

Fall 2024

Chem 1 for engineers (over 8 weeks, yikes - through ASU universal courses)
Physics class available through ASU online universal courses

If you're able to take labs in person, it would give you more options for schools. Weirdly, a lot of the mid-higher ranked schools cared less about online than the lower tier ones that I contacted if that's a concern of yours. Regardless, I was able to get into a MD school with most labs done online, so it is possible.

See if you can find somewhere you can take chem 1 in person, that's the longest sequence. You'll need at least 4-5 semesters of chem/biochem. The others are 2 semester sequences. So chem is the rate limiting step.
