How do I check which schools I sent my DAT score report to?

I've been trying to check which 5 schools I sent my DAT score reports to because I need to send additional reports to more school, I looked at the ADA website and the score request form but they didn't mention how to check it. Does anybody know?

BTW can you guys also see if I have any chance at Harvard, Columbia, NYU, UMDNJ and Stony Brook with these stats:

DAT: TS21 (22BIO 20GCHEM 21ORGO) AA21 (19RC 26QR) PAT23
cGPA: 3.59 sGPA:3.64 BCP: 3.71 from SUNY - Binghamton
research for 3 years (1 year at Columbia now at Mt. Sinai)
worked at dental clinic in a community hospital as a receptionist for 1 summer

Do we have to mail the money to UMDNJ along with the AADSAS app (that's what the UMDNJ website says) or pay when they contact you? (that's what the AADSAS says)

Call them and they can tell you. I dont have the number off hand but dont use the 800 number cause no one ever answers that can help use the more direct number

I had the same problem. Just call them up. They can give them to u. And yes, I think you have a good chance at all of those schools. Your stats are awesome... I mean, come on, you did research at Columbia. 😀
