How do I decide which schools to apply to given my circumstances?

Hi guys,
I KNOW THESE THREADS HAVE BEEN MADE 1000000 TIMES but feeling like I need opinions so please.
Taking DAT in 6 weeks. Aiming for 21+

I plan on applying to a few schools as soon as admissions open up (2 days) to get my foot in the door.
3.34 cGPA, 3.15 sGPA with a strong upward trend (2.3 freshman year->consistent 3.5-3.8 ever since)
~50 hours shadowing, will get this up as soon as I'm done w DAT (late switch of career)
Lined up dental assistant job for after DAT
1 incredibly strong letter from my dentist
strong LORS from science faculty that I TA'd for
1 Year of research
3 TA positions (anatomy, general physio, biopsych)

I am a New York State resident. Graduate from SUNY buffalo undergrad

Here is my list. please tell me what to add/ delete

You need more shadowing hours before you can even consider applying. You can't put "going to shadow" on the application.

Thank you for that. I forgot to mention I plan on shadowing as I study for the dat.
