How do I enter retaken courses into the AMCAS application~~

I took Organic Chemistry 2 twice in my college career.
I was wondering how I had to list the two:

2006 S1 Organic Chemistry 2 Repeat (R)
2009 S2 Organic Chemistry 2 Repeat (R)

or

2006 S1 Organic Chemistry 2
2009 S2 Organic Chemistry 2 Repeat (R)

or

2006 S1 Organic Chemistry 2 Repeat (R)
2009 S2 Organic Chemistry 2

I would go with the second. Also, there's a specific thread for AMCAS questions. Please use that in the future.

Sorry about that, I'll take my questions over there from now on.

A quick question before this closes.

I checked last year's application and there is an X next to my Organic chemistry class, and a "Repeat (R)" label on both now.
I distinctly remember only putting "Repeat (R)" on one

I suppose this means that option 2 is the correct choice?
